Love is All He Needs

Love is All He Needs

Father’s Day is around the corner. Do you admit that you are not as nervous as last month when you were preparing for Mother’s Day?

It’s not that we don’t love our father. In fact, you love him as much as you love your mother. But, it’s hard to tell him directly you love him, it’s weird to send him flowers and it’s awkward to hang out with him alone.

Why don’t we express our love to dad like how we do to mom?
Though he seems cool, but don’t you think he also needs your love?

Your father was a young man who did all the lovey-dovey things to win your mother’s heart. Being the man of the family turns him into a tough man. Now, it’s time for you to bring back the old him.

Sincere Words

If you really couldn’t tell him out loud that you love him, start by writing him a card. You don’t need a fancy card, but tell him how much you appreciate him and tell him to stay healthy. From now onwards, thank him sincerely every time he does you a favor. Eventually, you will feel less awkward, and you might ready to tell him ‘I love you’ on next Father’s Day.

Bring Him Flowers

Flowers are not only for women. No one can resist the magic of blossoms, even a tough man like him couldn’t, moreover when it’s from someone he loves. Bring your father a bouquet of flowers or simply a rose, perhaps he will feel weird at first, then you will see a smile on his face. You can consider bringing him a flowerpot or beautiful herbs pot if he loves gardening.

Have a Date with Dad

Have you ever hang out with your dad alone? Bringing him to a clinic doesn’t count.
Bring your dad out to explore new food or go for a movie that he will like. It doesn’t matter where you bring him to, the important thing is to have a nice conversation with him.
Fathers usually don’t ask a lot of questions, but they will feel more than happy if their children share more about their life.
Talk to your dad about your career, he will be very generous at giving you advice.

Fathers’ loves are great.

The word ‘father’ in oracle bone script symbolizes a person who held a weapon to keep dangerous creatures away. They are the protector for families. No matter how old you grow, your dad will always protect you.

Tell him you love him, because you do.
